General Assembly June

Enroll for this activity if you intend to join the General Assembly on the 4th of June. The GA will start at 19:30. It will be held online via BlueJeans. The link will be emailed along with the Errata on the day of the meeting. You can take part in the meeting via your internet browser, the BlueJeans desktop application or the app (BlueJeans). We ask you to e-mail your questions and/or remarks to bestuur@harambee.nl on or before Monday June 1st, so we can deal with them in a structural way.

The documents can be found here. In case of absence, it is possible to authorise someone else by sending an email to secretaris@harambee.nl.

During the GA it is possible to make comments on the minutes. However, only content related questions will be dealt with; for spelling and grammar technical questions or comments, please mail them to the secretary. These will then be processed as soon as possible.

It is expected that at least one person from each committee will be present besides the board contact. Everyone who was present will get a drink from Harambee in the Vestingbar when it reopens.
