Rent policy
Active members can borrow some Harambee items for free! However you have to pay for eventual damages. The costs and conditions mentioned below are guidelines for renter and owner, but the board has the final say in the height of the costs.

Condition classes:
- Top condition: No damage is visible and object functions without problem.
- Used: A little damage is visible (e.g. the loose leg on the orange tent).
- Bad condition: Object can still be used but significant damage is visible.
Damage types:
- Less significant damage: Small damages not impairing the usage of object.
- Significant damage: Damages causing impairment in using the object.
- Wrecked: Not usable anymore.
