General Assembly (GA)

Hereby we invite you to the General Assembly on Thursday the 8th of February 2026. The GA will start at 19:00 and will be held in Spiegel 7.  We ask you to e-mail your questions and/or remarks to bestuur@harambee.nl before Sunday the 2nd of February, so we can structurally deal with them.

The agenda will be sent next week along with all the other documents

During the GA it is possible to make comments on the previous GA's minutes. However, only content-related questions will be dealt with; for spelling and grammar technical questions or comments, please mail them to the secretary. These will then be processed as soon as possible.

In the GA the following topics will be discussed:

• Half year evaluation of the workplan of the 61st board
• A TC update
• VOG aannamebeleid
• Your opinion on adjusting the deregistration deadline, fine regulations and mix registration

After the GA, we will have a drink at the Vestingbar. Each person present will receive a free drink voucher that can be redeemed at the Vestingbar.

We would appreciate your attendance at the GA. If you are not able to attend the GA and/or want to authorize someone to vote on your behalf, please send an absence mail to secretaris@harambee.nl.
