Annual Meeting 11th of September 2024

Hereby we invite you to the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, September 11th, 2024. The AM will start at 19:00. It will be held in Spiegel 7.  We ask you to e-mail your questions and/or remarks to bestuur@harambee.nl before Sunday, September 8th, so we can structurally deal with them.

As you may have noticed the AM is on a Wednesday so trainings will be shifted around and we hope to provide as much trainings that week. We have decided to carry out the AM a day earlier due to 3 cup matches of Gents 1,3, & 5 that can not be moved to another date unfortunately. We hope you understand!

The agenda will be sent next week along with all the other documents

During the AM it is possible to make comments on the minutes. However, only content-related questions will be dealt with; for spelling and grammar technical questions or comments, please mail them to the secretary. These will then be processed as soon as possible.

In the AM the following topics will be discussed:

- 59th Board final workplan evaluation
- Policy Plan 2021-2024 Evaluation
- Finances 
- Dismissal of the 59th Board and Appointment of the 60th Board
- 60th Board Workplan 

After the AM, we will have a drink at the Vestingbar. Each person present will receive a free drink voucher that can be redeemed at Vestingbar.
