Gents 1 had a second cup match on Friday, the 20th of September. We went up against the second team coached by Monica, Volley ‘68 HS1. They are the second team of Monica’s because that was very obviously indicated in the results of the match. Gents 1 came out victorious, winning 3:0 and finishing the opponents off quick. On the 12th of September Gents 1 had their first Cup match against Vips Bardot H3, where they went up against their once good friends Pim and Yuri. During the warmup some nice words were exchanged between us and our old companions, however from the first points onwards no mercy was shown.  We started off strong by leading 4:0 in the first set.
