Game ending 😱🚨🟥 ⁉️and bye bye Luis🥹

The match against Wevo was a special day for us. It was Luis his last game, because he is going back to Germany 🥲🥲.

We started strong in the first set, attacking and playing well (25-19). Then we got into a slump, resulting in performing less in the second and third set. (19-25, 18-25). We came back and won the fourth set, passing accurately and serving strong (25-16).

The opponent was quite annoying. They were doing everything possible to disrupt the game as they always do. In previous years, Yuri was assigned as referee and they were infamous for getting cards.They annoyed the referee René a bit too much, resulting in two yellows. 

The 5th set was an equal battle. Playing till 15 was not enough, leading to a thrilling end. We had some brilliant attacks and hustle plays in this set. At some point it was 18-18. Wevo plays the ball in our corner, it looked like the ball was in. René gave it as out. Point for the Trans4mers (19-18). The Wevo players got really angry. Rene gives a red card. Another point for the Trans4mers, we win (20-18).

On the field next to us, we cheered Ladies 1 to an exciting 3-2 win. Later on we played an interesting game in the Sports canteen and the Vestingbar whereby you have to drink your beer in a corner. Making our coach Gerben play his match hungover was successful!

Luis, it was great to have you in our team. We will miss your enthusiasm and drive!
