Another win for ladies 7!

On Saturday the 18th of November it was time again to shine!

There was a match planned against Fysio Engbersen Aastad Dames 5 (what a tall name), the number 4 in the competition. With almost everyone present, it was time to start the match.

The first set was very exciting and really close. Unfortunately, we lost this set with 27-25.

The second set we came back and won 25-16.

The third set we lost with 25-21. 

Of course we wanted to play a fifth set, wo we tried extra hard in the fourth set to come back. And we did with great success, we won the fourth set with an excellent score of 25-9! Who would expect that we won a pitcher from the coach in this match?!

So a fifth set it was. We begon very excited, because we are not used to play a fifth set. But, our enthousiasm took over the excitement and we won the fifth set with 15-6! 

After the match we had to hurry and shower quickly, because we had to do a barshift at 13:00h (the match finished at 12:55). Sadly, there were not many people in the Sports Centre because it was not a big home weekend, but we still had fun behind the bar. We even went supporting at the practise match between gents 7 and gents 10 (rumors say that gents 7 did not win because their best player was drinking beers at the bar...).

There were big plans of going to Borne and cheer for gents 1 at 16:00h, but unfortunately we are made of sugar so we stayed at the Sports Centre, and gave company to the hard working people behind the bar.
